I drive to the Hagerman Wildlife Refuge about five times a year.
This Great Blue was fishing.

This last post of the Alligators is one of my favorites.

I was laying on the dock. My wife thought I was a little too close!! I felt pretty safe.

Speaking to one of the locals, they have named one of these Lucy.

It doesn’t look like the Lucy I am familiar with!

While on our vacation in Arkansas near Texarkana, we had a few unexpected visitors at lake Millwood. These are two different alligators.

It was one of the highlights of the trip.

These barn swallows are here most every day when I go on my morning walk. Today they had a nice background.

It looks like they are “social Distancing” well. I wonder what they are talking about?

Photographing spider webs are cool to in the right light. Not seeing them, and walking into them, not so much.

Spring has sprung in Texas when you see the Bluebonnets on the sides of the road and in the open fields.
Even with the crazy Coronavirus, there is beauty to be found by “Social Distancing”. With everyone staying indoors and apart, I went to get a few pictures of this Bluebonnet field in Richardson. While I did see some people, they were at least 40 feet away or further.

The Bee’s were buzzing!

Yellow, Blue make Green. God’s complementary colors.
Stay safe!

Over the next several weeks, I am going to start an abstract project. This was taken a few weeks ago early one morning a the Hagerman Wildlife Refuge. The early morning glass smooth water made the reflection more interesting to me.

It could be a family, the Daddy, the Mama, and the 4 children all heading West!

Zebadiah had to go see what all the noise was about. He thought it was pretty cool.

He said he should have told Adriana’s sister, Adalyn, but she would have tried to go to the top!

As another Thanksgiving is almost here and will be gone before you know it. I am very Thankful.
Sometimes normal life gets a little crazy and things don’t turn out like we plan, but counting my blessings would be impossible. My Faith, Family and Friends keep me on “My Normal”. Photos help too!
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
